ORTAHİSAR · CAPPADOCIA
Cappadocia,
a family story.
Stone courtyards, rock-cut rooms, and gardens in Ortahisar.

It began in...
1985
Work on the hotel began in 1985, using the rock-cut spaces and local stone of the family’s former home.

From a family home to a hotel
Renovations, additions, and custom stonework transformed the family home into an 82-room hotel.

FATMA SULTAN ÇİFTLİĞİ
From the farm to the table: a family story.
Fatma Sultan Farm is named after Fatma Yiğitoğlu. Our kitchen uses seasonal produce from its vineyards and orchards.
We preserve summer fruits and vegetables in jams, tomato paste, and sauces for use throughout the year.
Memories from our guests.

The Yiğitoğlu family has worked in tourism in Cappadocia for more than 30 years.
